A person replies within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent on a weekend are answered on Monday. Reeltopus is run by a small team, so this is a promise we keep every week rather than a target.
Many answers are faster in the help center, or from the Help button inside the app, which can see your own videos and posts.
