Terms of Use

These terms apply to reeltopus.com and the Reeltopus waitlist, operated by Turncraft Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Turncraft", "we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. The Reeltopus app will have its own terms, which you will see before you start using it.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to Reeltopus by any date.
• Your place in the queue is an estimate and can change as people join and refer friends.
• Each friend who joins with your referral link moves you up the queue. We may adjust places or remove entries that come from automated signups, fake or duplicate email addresses, or spam.
• Early-access invitations are personal and cannot be sold or transferred.

Planned features and pricing

The features and prices on this site describe what we plan to launch. They may change before launch and are not an offer to sell. The prices and terms that apply will be shown to you before you pay for anything.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site: no scraping, automated signups, attempts to break or overload it, or anything unlawful.

Our content

The Reeltopus name, the octopus logo and the content of this site belong to Turncraft. You may not use them without our written permission, except to link to or talk about Reeltopus.

Links to other sites

We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites we link to.

No warranty

The site and waitlist are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Turncraft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist, and our total liability to you is limited to ₹5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts with jurisdiction over Turncraft's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
