Reeltopus

Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 October 2026

Reeltopus is operated by Turncraft Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Turncraft", "we", "us"). We decide how your personal data is used, which makes us the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the controller under the EU and UK GDPR.

What this policy covers

This policy covers reeltopus.com and the Reeltopus waitlist. Before the Reeltopus app launches, we will update it to cover accounts, uploaded videos and connected social accounts, and we will tell people on the waitlist when we do.

What we collect

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How we use it

Our legal basis

We rely on your consent when you join the waitlist, and you can withdraw it at any time. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and free of abuse, and on legal obligations where they apply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until 12 months after Reeltopus launches publicly, or until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. If the GDPR applies to you, you can also ask us to restrict or port your data, object to how we use it, and complain to your local data protection authority. Email privacy@reeltopus.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Grievance Officer

For any concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@reeltopus.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has joined, email us and we will delete their data.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach as the law requires.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above. For significant changes, we will also email people on the waitlist.
