You never pay for a bad clip
Hours are counted once, on the length of the video you upload. Finding more moments, re-cutting, restyling and exporting again cost nothing.
Unused hours roll over
Hours you don't use carry into next month, up to twice your plan's allowance. They don't vanish at the end of the month.
Failed jobs refund themselves
If a video fails to process, its hours go back to your balance automatically. No ticket, no waiting.
Cancel in one click
Cancel from the Billing page, with no survey and no hoops. You keep your plan and hours until the period you paid for ends, and you aren't charged again.
Your projects stay yours
If your plan ends, your workspace moves to Free and nothing is deleted. You can still open, edit and download every project and clip, and exports you've made stay downloadable for at least 30 days after the plan ends.
14-day refund
Not happy? Ask within 14 days of your first payment or an annual renewal and we refund it in full.
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax. Full terms in the refund policy.
Billing questions
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in the app and press Cancel plan. There's no survey and no second screen. You keep your plan and hours until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What happens to my projects if my plan ends?
Your workspace moves to the Free plan at the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted: every project, transcript and clip stays, and you can still open, edit, export and download them. Exports you've already made stay downloadable for at least 30 days after the plan ends, and you can export a clip again for free while its source video is kept (90 days after upload). New uploads use the Free plan's 2 hours a month.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment on a plan, or of an annual renewal, and we refund that payment in full. Monthly renewals aren't refunded, but unused hours roll over and you can cancel any time.
What if a video fails to process?
The hours it used go back to your balance automatically, and running it again costs nothing.
