How we price it
Reeltopus is billed by upload hours, counted once on the length of the video you upload. Clips, exports and re-runs inside those hours don't cost extra, failed jobs give their hours back, and unused hours roll over. The full list is the Fair Billing Promise, and the comparisons show what an hour of video costs on other tools, with sources.
Editorial standards
These rules apply to our guides, comparison pages, statistics and free tools. They're the same rules written at the top of the files the pages are built from.
Platform rules come from the platform
Lengths, sizes, character limits and caption features are read on YouTube's, TikTok's, Instagram's, LinkedIn's, Facebook's and X's own help, creator or developer pages, and linked where we use them. When a platform's own pages disagree, we say so instead of picking one.
Every number has a source and a date
Statistics link to the study, filing or official post they come from, with its publication date. Pages show when they were last checked. We don't use statistics we can only find on pages that don't cite anyone.
No invented proof
No made-up reviews, ratings, customer stories, user counts or test results. If we haven't measured something, we don't say we have.
Comparisons are fair by design
Competitor prices and policies are read on the competitor's own pricing, help and terms pages, with the URL and the day we read them. Each comparison also says when the other tool is the better pick. If you spot something out of date, email us and we'll fix it.
A named person reviews what's published
Guides carry the name of the person who reviewed them. Drafts stay unpublished until that review is done.
Free tools say what they do
Tools that run in your browser say so, and nothing you type is uploaded. Tools that use AI say so, and their limits are written on the page.
