Reeltopus vs CapCut
CapCut is a full video editor for mobile, desktop and web, with templates, effects, music and AI tools. Its “Long video to shorts” tool cuts a long video into vertical clips that you can then keep editing in the same app.
Reeltopus bills by upload hours, with unlimited clips, exports and re-runs. Every plan comes with a Fair Billing Promise that refunds failed jobs automatically, and clips post to every major platform in any language.
Reeltopus is in early access, so our column shows planned launch pricing and features. The CapCut column shows only what CapCut publishes on its own site, checked on 17 October 2026, with a link to each source. Where its pages don't say, or say different things, we mark it unclear instead of guessing.
