Reeltopus vs Klap
Klap turns long videos into vertical shorts with AI reframing, animated captions and scheduling. Its plans are priced by the number of clips generated each month, from 100 to 1,000, and it says it never adds a watermark, even when you try it for free.
Reeltopus bills by upload hours, with unlimited clips, exports and re-runs. Every plan comes with a Fair Billing Promise that refunds failed jobs automatically, and clips post to every major platform in any language.
Reeltopus is in early access, so our column shows planned launch pricing and features. The Klap column shows only what Klap publishes on its own site, checked on 17 October 2026, with a link to each source. Where its pages don't say, or say different things, we mark it unclear instead of guessing.

Reeltopus Creator is planned at $19 a month ($12 yearly) for 10 upload hours, with unlimited clips from those hours. If you pull many clips from each video, hour-based billing usually works out cheaper; if you make only a few clips a month, a clip quota can be.
Does Klap add a watermark?+

Can I move from Klap to Reeltopus?+
Yes. Reeltopus works from your original long videos, so you can upload the same files or links and get new clips. There is nothing to migrate.
