Persian captions for your short clips
Persian (Farsi) is spoken in Iran, Afghanistan (as Dari) and Tajikistan (as Tajik), and by a large diaspora that follows creators on Instagram and YouTube. Persian captions need right-to-left layout, Persian letterforms and the zero-width non-joiner that Persian spelling depends on.
What Persian captions look like
Example caption lines in Arabic (Persian) script, as they would sit on a clip.
صبر کن، بهترین قسمتش داره میاد.
این اشتباه یک سال از وقتم را گرفت.

What good Persian captions get right
- ✓The zero-width non-joiner (as in میشود) is kept, so words are not wrongly joined.
- ✓Persian-specific letters like پ, چ, ژ and گ, and the Persian forms of ی and ک, are used rather than Arabic ones.
- ✓Spoken Persian differs a lot from written Persian, and captions follow the speaker's register.
How it works in Reeltopus
- 1. Drop in a long video. A podcast, stream, webinar or YouTube video, in Persian or any other language.
- 2. Pick from ranked clips. Each clip comes captioned in Persian, framed on the speaker, with a note on why it was picked. Fix a word once and every clip updates.
- 3. Post everywhere. Schedule to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads and Facebook, or translate the captions for another audience.
Plans are billed by upload hours, with unlimited clips, exports and re-runs. The free plan includes 2 upload hours a month, and failed jobs refund their hours automatically.
